Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, noting that personalized jerseys and headwear cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring the return slip is included inside the parcel to avoid processing delays.

  Ship to the City Ground

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or the official Forest Store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
